As a native person grows up in the area of the Yangtse River and worked as an English-Speaking guide before, Karen has visited most places in China. It will be a long list if to write down all the travel experiences. However, her main work of nearly 3 years in NAVO is to deal with the travelling business in NAVO, which gained full organized and travel experiences. Karen makes big on Student Challenge Tour and other special tour of NAVO and holds the English markets very well. For Karen, there are too many good things of working for excellent NAVO Tour, and the best one is enlarging the meanings of her adventure tour life. No matter to be a guide or an organizer, Karen is pay much attention of teamwork which makes efficiency and harmonious, and she wouldn't leave for any expedition or organization without full preparation and comprehensive research. Always, the useful phrase for Karen is nothing is impossible to a willing heart.

Tracy Cheng:
As a local Chinese, Tracy feels proud of her great mother country--China very much, which gives Tracy a big ambition and enthusiasm to organize diverse and fantastic adventure tours in different parts of China for people from all over the world. Moreover Tracy is a born explorer and dreamed of expeditions in vast China since childhood, she was involved in tourism after her graduation. During her more than 5 years working experience of organizing tours in travel agency, she had worked nearly one year in Tibet which gave her a full experience of arranging tour in whole Tibet. Tracy had also visited many parts of China. Once she had traveled from south China border to the north border through dozens of provinces. Choosing NAVO who love people and natural, Tracy enjoyed the harmonious, creative, enthusiastic and prosperous work environment there. NAVO try to make everyone and everything into a good circulation, this is what exactly suited Tracy's pursuit also.

Abby Zhang:
It's the best thing for Abby's life to feast eyes, expand mind, and please palate during the trip. She brings much fun from getting along and communicating with lots of travelers from other foreign countries; showing the highlights of beautiful China to the tour guests who desire to learn; and appreciating the world from many different travels before. Afterwards, Abby chose to be an organizer of comprehensive and professional NAVO Tour Company with passion on tourism, and help more travelers to enjoy their meaningful tour life better by her responsible experiences. For instance, organized and experienced groups of driving to Southeast Asia countries from China, rafting on the shining Lijiang River, playing with the cute pandas, and so on. Right after her university study of French major, Magali rushed to Madagascar of Africa, a place she has never been to and been dreaming of, for her first job. For two years, she enjoyed the sunshine and breeze of the India Ocean here. Afterwards, Magali fortunately joined the NAVO, which give her the chance to lead the guests ever wandered into the vast China some time to time. During her nearly 6 years working time, however, the main task for Magali is introduce NAVO Tour, recommend and arrange the popular products, and provide the best services to the French-speaking guests from the whole world. In her mind, working with the NAVO, you need to have endless passion, long lasting ambition of learning and pursuing unique life. Murielle Yang:
With dedication to the tourism landscape of the motherland and love, I work in the tourism industry for 10 years. I love to introduce our Chinese history and culture to tourists, obsessed with the Chinese tourists traveled the aesthetic enjoyment of beautiful mountains and rivers, tourists praise is the best decoration of my work, and challenging.
As the most senior French Sichuan guide, I used to be Bird-watching groups, Horse Riding groups, Off-road vehicle groups and Trekking groups, familiar with most parts of Sichuan and the national scenic spots. Now I'm working for NAVO, I will use my experience, pursued the most reasonable of the best tourist routes recommended to the majority of tourists.

Majored in Teutonic literature in the university, Julia then worked in a Publishing house and another two and a half years as a teacher. Yearning for freedom and the great nature, Julia find herself tied to traveling afterwards. The NAVO honored the pleasure to share her traveling experiences and advices with people of the like. LI Xilu:
She worked as a interpreter volunteer in the chinese-german Red Cross field hospital in Dujiangyan after the 5.12 Earthquake took place in Sichuan Province.Due to outstanding performance,she was honored to be invited by german foreign ministry to join the culture communication programm.She says she is glad working in the well-known special travel agency –NAVO. Powered by her passion and love to the wonderful landscape of motherland and combined with her speicality she can present the most beautiful scenery and rich Chinese culture to more enthusiastic fans who love exotic journey.

Zeng Zhi:
  With the enthusiasm of outdoor sports, I came to work in NAVO since 2004. In the past few years, I have done the recces in the snow-capped mountains, grasslands, forests, deserts, and tropical jungles, I have been the leader and take our guest to Tibetan areas of Amdo and Kham and number of holy mountains.
  I'm keen to looking for more and interesting hiking routes for our guest, with the expectation of making our guests around the world to understand China more deeply, and discovering those hiding things behind the beautiful mountains and rivers. Your Every smile and satisfied trip, is the strong driving force of my next marvellous expedition.

Zheng Xu:
I'm work for NAVO in the IT center afetr graduating in my college,and mainly in charge of the company's internal computer and network software and hardware troubleshooting. Logistical support as I strive to make more efficient computer systems and strive to protect the functioning of its failure rate at least, to help our team offering more efficient service.
